Signing Showcase: Charlie Bailey

Star Wars Autograph Universe conducted model maker Charlie Bailey’s first send-in autograph signing in April of 2017. Mr. Bailey’s impact on the Star Wars universe can be seen in The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, as well as the Prequel Trilogy. Mr. Bailey had a hand in the construction of nearly all the models throughout the films, including the AT-AT Walkers, the Millennium Falcon, the Hoth Probe Droid, and the Star Destroyers.

The group’s relationship with Mr. Bailey has led to exclusive offerings for members, including limited-run model replicas of the Millennium Falcon, an Imperial AT-AT Walker, and the Indiana Jones Fertility Idol.

Charlie Bailey also made his convention debut at Empire Con in December of 2019 with the help of Star Wars Autograph Universe. It gave fans the opportunity to meet and get personal items signed by Mr. Bailey, as well as photo-ops with the legendary model maker.
