We are excited to announce that SWAU will be conducting an exclusive autograph signing with Travis Fimmel in conjunction with Magpie Toys!
Travis Fimmel is an Australian actor and former model, best known for his role as Ragnar Lothbrok in the History Channel series Vikings (2013–2017). Born on July 15, 1979, in Echuca, Victoria, he grew up on a cattle farm and originally pursued a career in Australian rules football before a leg injury ended those plans.
After being discovered at a gym, Fimmel signed with LA Models in 2002 and gained international fame as the face of Calvin Klein, becoming the first male model to land a six-figure deal with the brand. He later transitioned into acting, studying under Ivana Chubbuck and landing his first major TV role in Tarzan (2003).
Fimmel's breakout performance in Vikings earned critical acclaim and led to film and television roles in Warcraft, Raised by Wolves, Black Snow, Boy Swallows Universe, and the upcoming Dune: Prophecy. Despite his success, he remains connected to his rural roots and spends time on his ranch when not filming.
